Courtney (DJ M.I.L.) is a seasoned global sports, esports and live events music professional who has performed at a high level as: Music Director, Consultant, Coordinator, Curator and DJ throughout his 20+ year career. He has provided music direction, programming, consulting and DJ services for global sports, media  and entertainment brands.

As Principal & Creative Director of LSM Productions, DJ M.I.L.’s leadership and vision enables the company to partner with professional sports teams, leagues, venues, organizing committees and collegiate athletics departments to reimagine their live domestic and international game/match/event presentation approaches, via his innovative solution for music direction and talent sourcing of live events music professionals.

DJ M.I.L. currently serves as Music Coordinator at BSE Global (Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment) where he is responsible for in game music elements at Brooklyn Nets and NY Liberty games at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Before coming to Brooklyn, DJ M.I.L. served as an Associate Music Director at Madison Square Garden for 10 seasons, where he provided in game music for the NY Knicks, NY Rangers and NY Liberty at MSG.

DJ M.I.L. also serves as a Music Consultant for the National Basketball Association (NBA,) where he travels the world performing in countries such as: China, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Italy and the United Kingdom; playing music at international contests for NBA Global Games; domestically, at NBA All-Star, NBA 2K League, Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremonies and NBA Draft events. DJ M.I.L. played an essential role during the 2019-20 NBA Restart in Orlando, Florida; as Lead Music Coordinator, where he programmed and played music for nationally televised scrimmages, regular season games, playoffs, conference finals and the NBA Finals.
